Just a brief reference today, as I encourage you to keep adding stories to the last entry about your camp experiences. Wow -- what a wonderful visit to the past. Today, I just wanted to suggest that you keep an eye on this site: (www.kcjlane.blogspot.com -- sorry if this repeats, I am having trouble with the link button) Kerri is an incredible single mother of two of the most precious girls I have ever met. They are immersed in the love of God through their mother. As she fights an uphill battle against melanoma, I expect amazing things to come from her computer (assuming she has the time and energy). I would love for many of you to join us at Highland in praying for her. Peace, friends.

  • Today was my day to fast and pray for Kerri. So far, Psalm 1, several short prayers at work, and two bottles of Ozarka.

I have been claiming the blood of Jesus that heals all our diseases to cleanse Kerri from head to toe.

I wish that all Christians could share her smile and joy in the Lord.

  • Please, please keep praying for Kerri and her two little girls. So hard to even type this. I am such a realist and that gets in my way of praying for healing. I have to trust God and know that he is listening and will hear our pleas. I have been at his feet begging for awhile now and it would be great to have a whole crowd there at his feet. If you knew Kerri at all, you would be there also. I have gone through many emotions during this time....anger, fright, sadness, screaming anger, more sadness, and again so much fear. I am trying to let God cast out the fear but I keep hanging on to the fear and anger. Everyone out there, please keep praying.
    grace, Julie

  • The only problem is the "her computer" part. She does not have a computer at home. Any ideas? I have an old one that I could try to have repaired or if there is anyone else that might have one they are not using and an idea about an ISP that would be great, too.

  • We can get internet service for $9.95/month, if she has a computer to access it. Thanks, Val.

  • Kerri has quickly become a heroine of faith in my book! Not that she wasn't before. My soul has been indelibly marked by this incredible mother, servant, friend, and sister in Christ! I know that if God chooses to perform a miracle that Kerri would use all of the days ordained for her to promote His renowned, faithfulness, and eternal goodness in ALL circumstances! She has never left my heart as I have cried out to the Great Physician to show his mercy and to spare the life of His beloved anointed child in whom he is well pleased. I love you Mike! Hurry home.

  • Kerri was in our thoughts and prayers constantly throughout the Itu campaign, thanks to Terry St. Pierre. I am lifting her up in my own prayers, too. So neat to be a part of such a loving, faithful, PRAYERFUL body of Christ at Highland.....Keep praying, everyone.
